We warrants the quality products
with a lifetime warranty (*) from the date of purchase from an authorized dealer.
If you follow these instructions, you will have a lifetime joy from your cookware.
Exceptions to the lifetime warranty:
- Self-inflicted damage such as overheating, dropping, misuse or intentional damage
- If the pots are cleaned with a detergent harmful
- Slight scratches and small imperfections that do not affect the quality of the pot
If you wish to use the lifetime warranty, you will need the international garantie certficate with specified there in clearly:
Purchase Date, Seller and signature!
(*) In Europe applies a maximum warranty period of 30 years.
The U.S., Canada, Australia, South America, Asia and most other countries do not fall under this restriction.
